This study aims to analyse the effect of Soft Total Quality Management (Soft TQM) on SME performance in Jakarta, both from financial and non-financial perspectives. We used a balanced scorecard (BSC) approach and collected 135 datasets through online surveys to the business owners/manager. Data analysis was carried out by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The results of the data analysis showed that soft TQM has a negative and not significant effect on SMEs financial perspective, however there is a positive and significant effect on SMEs non-financial perspective. This paper describes a business coaching activity for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in chemical and waste management industries. Based on the analysis results, there was a lack of budgeting practice and suboptimal catalog marketing that comprised the majority of existing problems in SMEs. This paper examines the credibility of source persons for community service projects in improving financial literacy for vocational school students in Indonesia. Improving financial literacy among Indonesian youth is a long-term effort that requires multi- collaboration between the government, financial institutions, educational institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders. This study investigates the financial innovation impact on bank market power in ASEAN banking from 2008 to 2018. It uses income diversification as a representative of financial innovation. The im- pact of countries’ development of financial innovation on market power is measured by the number of ATM, internet, and cellular phone users. The data panel regression model reveals that diversified banks may enjoy higher market power. This result rejects the banking restriction activity hypothesis, which states that a bank that diversifies its income stream results in increased competition. This study aims to determine the persistence of earning and its components and whether investors accurately evaluate the information related to the earning and its components. The study covers the firms operating in Borsa Istanbul between 2005-2017 time period. We sort the accruals and cash flows into five portfolios. Then, we employ linear regression and Mishkin test estimations. Moreover, we compare the asset pricing models with nine metrics in explaining the cash flow and accrual anomalies.
