The study provides a framework for improving the most key performance indicators and arranging them according to the degree of impact in order to enhance decision-making, speed and increase accuracy in data analysis, reduce mismanagement and time to take appropriate decisions a timely manner and ensure that the organization is moving towards achieving its goals, through one of the techniques of business intelligence (Data Mining and Knowledge discovery) and choosing the best technique that can be used to improve the key performance indicators.

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) in accounting as the impact of industrial revolution 4.0 has raised various concerns regarding the future of accountants and the possibility that accountants will be replaced by AI. Businesses are continuously adopting AI globally and particularly in Indonesia, AI adoption raises concerns that accountants will be replaced with AI due to the lack of competence to work with AI. The study aimed at coming up with an integrated model of consumer decision making that captures the impact of social media word of mouth (SWOM) on consumers’ decision influencing variables including perceived risk, its impact on attitude towards the brand, and eventually on intention to purchase.
