For organizational change to take root, develop, and realize the desired goals and benefits, employees are increasingly asked to be an integral part of the change process, to speak up and use their voice to point out areas to improve and ways to be more efficient. Esta investigación tuvo como propósito identificar el nivel de adaptación que ha tenido la modalidad del teletrabajo en el servicio público a través del desempeño laboral mostrado por un grupo de empleados que rinden funciones de manera remota en una agencia del gobierno de Puerto Rico.
