This meta-analysis highlights five subtopics that are imperative to understanding Millennials and Gen Z. The five topics include characteristics, Millennials becoming managers, the Digital Revolution, mental health, and finally a phenomenon pioneered by the two younger generations, quiet quitting. The aim of this research is to find what characteristics motivate professional Millennials and Gen Z.
