The wellness tourism market is showing exponential growth and potential, the need for human resources is also growing. The study aimed to identify the obstacles to managing social institutions in light of the Corona pandemic. The study sample consisted of (15) general managers and directors of sub-sections in social institutions working in the field. The study used the qualitative approach for the purposes of the study, and the researchers used the interview as a tool for collecting information and data. The results of the study indicated that the most prominent administrative obstacles are the lack of alternative plans for the administration to deal with crises, and the lack of readiness of the Internet and technology infrastructure. Managers of government organizations in Jamaica often have difficulty implementing the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 standard. Jamaica's Minister of Industry, Investment, and Commerce considered ISO 9001 certification as critical for international competitiveness as lacking the standard had the potential to become a barrier to trade. The event itself was designed to benefit the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund. In the early stages of the project, it was clear that a charity event would have the largest impact both on our experiential learning as well as the community as a whole. Dana-Farber was selected as the events beneficiary due to their impressive contributions to cancer research worldwide. While the success of the project isn't solely determined by charitable contributions we collected, it provided a form of measurement of progress throughout the semester. Firm's advertising and marketing expenditures do not always translate to measurable financial returns. Understanding brand value appropriation and financial consequences of advertising is important for more focused investments in branding and marketing. This quantitative study sought to understand the joint effects of advertising expenditure and brand value (BV) on firms return on assets (ROA) and on stock return (SR) in the computer industry.
