Industrial parks, technopolises, and industrial areas are the important mechanisms for solving the problems related to the development of small and medium enterprises, employment, and technological development of industry in all countries. Currently, there are 400 industrial parks in the United States and China, 200 in Germany, 262 in Turkey, and about 200 in Vietnam. These areas play a key role in the formation of a modern technological base of production, the introduction of innovations in production processes, and the creation of high-capacity products and services.
