Citizenship in the Humanities and Social Sciences is a selective bibliography consisting of citations to works published during the years 2000-2009 on citizenship-related topics in the humanities and social sciences. Primarily consisting of books/chapters and scholarly journal articles, the bibliography also includes other materials (case studies, reports, dissertations, and working papers) for which scholarship, authority and relevance have been established. Most cited works are published in the English language, although articles published in other languages using a Latin alphabet are also included. The Winding Stair Restaurant is located at 40, Lower Ormond Quay Dublin on the north side of the river Liffey beside the Ha’penny Bridge. The proprietor is Elaine Murphy. The Winding Stair started life as a bookshop and café which was a popular meeting spot in Dublin during the 1970s and 1980s. The café closed in 2005 and in 2006 the current proprietor re-opened it as a restaurant.

In this article, we respond to Singer’s (2005) challenge to sport management scholars to consider race-based epistemologies in conducting certain kinds of research in the field, as we use critical race theory (CRT) as a framework to analyze the Black Coaches & Administrators (BCA) Hiring Report Card (HRC) (Harrison & Yee, 2009). The BCA HRC was created as a result of the access discrimination that has historically taken place in college sport (Brooks & Althouse, 2000; Cunningham & Sagas, 2005), which has consequently contributed to the underrepresentation of racial minorities in the head coach position in college football. A Brief History Of The American Fish Culture Company 1877-1997., Michael A. Rice
Michael A Rice
The American Fish Culture Company operated for nearly 120 years from 1877-1997 in Carolina, Rhode Island growing three species of trout under the under the direction of several generations of the Hazard family of Peace Dale, Rhode Island. The company was one of the first trout producers in the United States, and was considered the largest fish farm in the country by the early 1920s. Major innovations of the company included early adoption of pelleted feeds, and the introduction of photoperiod manipulation to spawn fish out of season. The company ultimately failed due to intense competition from larger producers in …
