This paper specifically attempts to outline a training module that assists the front-line employees who have communication issues with management. It also helps the employees to efficiently acquire necessary skills and knowledge in a timely manner and to properly translate them into action. The training module will be organized by examining previous literatures as well as reviewing pre-existing training modules in general. Specific methods and best practices will be selected and integrated into the manual in easy-to-understand manner.

The purpose of this study was to develop specifications for a mobile application for meeting and conference attendees. The set of features was determined by comparing the current offerings of mobile applications for meetings and conferences. There was a discussion of the purpose of meetings and conferences, followed by a review of the history of meetings technology. The mobile software development process was also explored. The paper resulted in the creation of flow charts and wire-frame outlines that would be used to develop a mobile application for meetings and conferences.

As mystery shopping becomes an increasingly popular tool to measure service quality, there is a need to ascertain its return of investment for the company. However, there is a paucity of academic research on the impact of mystery shopping results on a company’s sales performance. This professional paper develops a case study on two retail companies in Singapore which adopted and implemented mystery shopping to improve service quality and sales performance.
