The objective of this study is to test CRM and sales in their direct relation and examine the impact of CRM campaigns on brand loyalty, consumer purchase intention and ultimately on sales. The questionnaire was distributed among students and employees at different universities and organizations. This study concludes that cause related marketing campaigns have positive influence on sales activities of companies. This link is also mediated by brand loyalty and consumer purchase intention that eventually have positive effect on sales.

This research paper argue that there exists a strong preference for dividends among investors. The main purpose is to find the factors that lead individual investors to reveal their preference for either cash or stock dividends. The most important dividend theories are employed to test the behavior of Pakistani individual investors towards dividends. The results reveal strong evidence that individual investors in Pakistan want dividends either in the form of cash or stocks. They also have a strong preference for dividend even if a company has to pay it by borrowing.

This research study examines the long run relationship between poverty and economic indicators in Pakistan. Data from 1972 to 2010 is used to analyze the relationship between various economic variables and poverty. The economic indicators include; consumer price index, literacy rate and population growth. Head count rate is used to measure poverty. The statistical techniques used include unit root Augmented Dickey Fuller test (for checking the stationary data) & Johansen’s co-integration test for long run relationship. The objective of this study is to identify different factors that impact consumer behavior on the basis of a decision making style. The sample size of this study was 250 questionnaires. Correlation and multiple regression were performed to measure the relationship between independent and dependent variables. This study concludes there is a significant relationship between male and female decision making style and female respondents are more likely to assert that decision making styles influence consumer behavior. This study examines the impact of financial literacy, accounting information, openness to experience and information asymmetry on the short-term investment decision making of the stock market investors. For this purpose 23 item questionnaire was developed and distributed among 185 stock market investors through non-probability sampling. The results indicate that all these factors have a significant effect on the short-term investment decision making. Results also indicate that individual investors with higher educational qualifications have more intentions for short-term investments as compared to the investors with other qualifications.

The study reviews the core areas of the finance functions and their level of applications in Pakistani corporate sector. Recent economic literature suggests that institutional quality factors exert positive effect on foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows. The main focus of this study is to examine the role of institutional factors and macro economic policy factors on FDI inflows in a panel data of seven South Asian countries over the period of 12 years since 1996 to 2007. This study highlights the level of customer awareness about Islamic banks and determines the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction with respect to Islamic banks. The survey based approach is used to collect the necessary data. 167 questionnaires were processed for the study. SPSS was used to analyze the data and the model was tested through AMOS. The study finds that there is a positive and significant relationship between customer satisfaction and constructs of service quality like compliance, assurance, empathy and representativeness. This study further concludes that compliance and representativeness influence more on customer satisfaction in Pakistani Islamic banks.
