The determination of cattle cyclic behavior in prices is significant to the cattle producers and for the consumers. This study focused on the cyclical, Seasonal, time series prices of cattle or cows was examined from 1983-2023. We used Harmonic regression model to determine the cycle pressure ranging from 5-to 25 years. Results indicated that there is a significant cyclical behavior in 12- and 25-year price cycle with MAPE (18.87and 12.64) and Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) (5 and 4.6). The result can assist producers in making short- and long-term pricing estimates.

Production performance of freshwater prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) reared at two stocking densities and fed only wet brewers grains. KALVIN RUCKER, SHAWN COYLE, and JAMES TIDWELL, Kentucky State University, College of Agriculture, Communities and the Environment, Frankfort, KY 40601.
Successful freshwater prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) culture is based upon producing high-value outputs (prawn) from low-cost inputs (feed[CM1] ). Sinking catfish feed have traditionally been the recommended feed. The use of locally available by-products has the potential to reduce production costs. Wet brewers grains (WBG) are the solid residue left after the processing of cereal grains to produce …

Abstract
In regions like western Kentucky where wooded lots are common there is a growing interest in how to utilize them so that land profits can be maximized. The frequently poor soils in wooded areas due to erosion and lack of ground cover vegetation often cause complications in the creation of pasture areas. Therefore, the objective of this study was to assess the effect of growing winter cover crops on soils to prepare for pasture systems in the …
