A flyer for the Four Photographers exhibit that was featured at Wright State University Art Gallery from October 9th through the 20th, 1978. There was an informal reception held that Friday, October 13th, at 4pm in regards to the presentation of the exhibit. It was a part of the Elyn Zimmerman Workshop.

Throughout the year of 1978 through 1979, came the collaborative project of four universities with 4 artists. The artists included in these workshop/exhibits were: Julia Heyward, John Mason, Mary Miss, and Elyn Zimmerman. This exhibit book documents the 16 projects undertaken by these selected artists. Funded partially by the National Endowment for the Arts the exhibits acted much like workshops allowing a presence of the artistic students to get involved and listen to the artists. Any verbalization of an artistic statement is by its very nature, an inadequate interpretation. However, I feel there is some merit in a concise declaration of my general concepts in the study. This paper represents a summation of the concepts and directions involved in my studio investigation in painting and drawing.
Specifically, it is within the scope of man's altered and effected perception of reality that I have based the studio research.
