Enhancing Pedestrian Flow In Public Space Through User Segregation, Ali Sedki, Farah Iaali

This paper attempts to improve the pedestrian flow in the public space of Yaacoub El-Labban Square in El-Mina district, Triopoli, North Lebanon. The new understanding of urban planning aimed to promoting pedestrian movement while restricting the unnecessary use of vehicles. It is presumed that the presence or absence of vehicular activity can affect the motion and mobility of pedestrians in a certain zone.
