This paper presents the research of several construction companies that deal with building design and execution. The questionnaire was conducted with about 140 companies which are interviewed, the case identified the main problems faced by construction companies design the execution today in Kosovo. This paper has a special significance since it identifies the main problems faced by companies, the main factors affecting the delays and problems during the execution of the works, identifies and gives a clear overview of the different options that companies operating in Kosovo to deal with mega projects such as infrastructure as well as in construction. …
