This study aimed to identify the impact of human resources management practices on empowering workers in public shareholding insurance companies listed in the Amman Financial Market. An applied study from the viewpoint of senior and middle management managers in these companies. The study sample consisted of (337) employees from the upper and middle management staff. Organizational Mission Impact On Achieving Competitive Advantage In Jordanian Pharmaceutical Sector, Yaser Adwan, Ruba Al-Hamshari

The current study examined the impact of organizational mission's components, quality, research and development (R & D), customer satisfaction, and technology, on achieving a competitive advantage as measured by sales volume, market share, and net financial profit. Five public Jordanian pharmaceutical companies in Amman city were randomly selected from a population of eighteen pharmaceutical industrial companies. Out of two-hundred and fifty surveyed, one hundred and sixty-eight respondents were received with a rate of 67% responses.
