Organizational Mission Impact On Achieving Competitive Advantage In Jordanian Pharmaceutical Sector, Yaser Adwan, Ruba Al-Hamshari

The current study examined the impact of organizational mission's components, quality, research and development (R & D), customer satisfaction, and technology, on achieving a competitive advantage as measured by sales volume, market share, and net financial profit. Five public Jordanian pharmaceutical companies in Amman city were randomly selected from a population of eighteen pharmaceutical industrial companies. Out of two-hundred and fifty surveyed, one hundred and sixty-eight respondents were received with a rate of 67% responses.
