Organizational Ingenuity And Its Relationship To Institutional Excellence Among Government School Principals In Mafraq Governorate, Nisreen Al-Sabihat, Muneera Al-Shurman

Jordan Journal of Applied Science-Humanities Series

This study aimed to reveal the organizational ingenuity of government school principals in Mafraq Governorate and their relationship to institutional excellence. The study sample consisted of (350) teachers who were randomly selected. A questionnaire was developed and used for collecting data, after its validity and reliability were confirmed. In its first part, the questionnaire consists of (26) items that measure organizational ingenuity, and the second part consists of (25) items that measure institutional excellence. Effect Of User Satisfaction Between Cloud Learning Applications & University Education Agility, Nader Mohammad Aljawarneh

Journal of Statistics Applications & Probability

University agility has been a critical issue for higher education institutions, little research has focused on university agility and user satisfaction. Drawing on technology acceptance, process, and expectation theories, this paper investigates the mediating role of user satisfaction between cloud learning applications and university education agility. Variance-based structure in the northern region, results show that user satisfaction mediates the link between cloud learning applications and university agility. Implications for practice are discussed.

The paper pinpoints organizational agility among academic leaders at Umm Al-Qura University and Ajloun National University from the faculty members various perspectives according to gender, university, faculty, academic rank, and the number of years of experience. The current study investigates the impact of Budget Participation and Ethical Leadership on Budget Slack. Further, the study investigates how Locus of Control serves as a moderator. The study sample includes bankers working in the Egyptian banking sector. The study deployed an electronic survey. The data used in this study is longitudinal generation data. There are three variables, five levels of autocorrelation, and the data does not meet the assumption of linearity. This study aims at providing an overview of three decades of core self-evaluation theory and research. It focuses on each of its concepts and criteria and briefly explains its history with a particular emphasis on a critical evaluation of the theory, classification of the mechanisms of its impact on direct outcomes, mediation, moderation, its measurement approaches and models. The study conducted a comprehensive inventory of all qualitative and quantitative research and studies conducted on self-evaluations, which are available on the Web of Science & Scopus of 25 published studies. Abstract:

The study aimed to identify the sources of the authority of academic leaders in Jordanian universities from the viewpoint of the faculty members working with them. A random stratified sample was chosen, consisting of (384) faculty members.
