A study was conducted to examine academic social media use for research among postgraduate students of the Tai Solarin University of Education in Nigeria. Survey research design and random sampling were adopted to select 500 out of 2,473 postgraduate population of Tai Solarin University of Education. Out of 500 questionnaires administered 467 were returned and collated of which 403 questionnaires were found useful for the study. Statistical Packages for Social Sciences software version 20 was used to analyse data using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. This paper presents the findings of a study on readiness of the University of Zambia in participating in research data management services in the COVID-19 and post Covid eras. The study adopted a qualitative research method and employed purposive sampling. In-depth interviews were conducted with key informants in the University. Findings reveal a lack of awareness and knowledge about research data management among senior officers and inadequate skills among library staff. On a positive note, the University has a robust information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure supported by qualified information technology (IT) staff. The purpose of the study was to investigate the availability and utilization of library’s ICT facilities by undergraduates of Rhema university, Aba. The research design used was a descriptive survey. A purposive sampling technique was used in carrying out the work. A total number of two hundred (200) respondents were used for the study. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire. Using a drawing exercise rooted in visual research methods (Hartel, 2017; Doucette & Hoffman, 2019; Bryans & Mavin, 2006), a cross-institutional research team in the United States and Canada explore these questions through an interview-based study of graduate student perceptions of research.

Kentucky newspapers are a valuable research option with many articles about the history of the state, as well as national and international news. This presentation was brief overview of the Kentucky Newspaper Digital Program [KDNP] and its development over many years. KDNP provides patrons access to the hundreds of Kentucky newspaper titles. Many of these titles are available full-text online via the University of Kentucky Library catalog. The weekly history vignettes are based on Kentucky newspaper articles and cover a wide range of topics. They are online at the KDNP Facebook site.

Under the research support service, the worldwide academic libraries provide a range of services. The library of Eastern University, Sri Lanka provides research support services since 2014. There is an increasing need for utilization of electronic resources for teaching and research by lecturers in institutions of higher learning. A study in this direction is not only necessary but timely given the volume of information from e-resources. Descriptive survey research design was adopted for the study. A multi stage sampling technique was adopted and a sample of three hundred and sixty lecturers was selected for the study. The data was collected using Structured Questionnaire.
