วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสำเร็จทางคลินิกและภาพรังสีของการรักษาเนื้อเยื่อในโดยอ้อมในฟันกรามน้ำนมล่างระหว่างคลอร์เฮกซิดีนกลูโคเนต และแคลเซียมไฮดรอกไซด์ วิธีการศึกษา: ฟันกรามน้ำนมล่างผุลึกจำนวน 63 ซี่ จากเด็กอายุ 3-8 ปี จำนวน 38 คน ได้รับการคัดเข้างานวิจัย ฟันทุกซี่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่ามีเนื้อเยื่อในโพรงฟันปกติหรือมีการอักเสบชนิดผันกลับได้ และจากภาพรังสีพบรอยผุลึกถึง 1 ใน 3 ของเนื้อฟันชั้นใน โดยได้รับการแบ่งกลุ่มแบบสุ่มเป็น 2 กลุ่ม เพื่อรักษาเนื้อเยื่อในโดยอ้อมด้วยคลอร์เฮกซิดีนกลูโคเนตจำนวน 31 ซี่ และแคลเซียมไฮดรอกไซด์จำนวน 32 ซี่ ฟันทุกซี่ได้รับการบูรณะด้วยครอบฟันเหล็กไร้สนิม และติดตามผลทางคลินิกและภาพรังสีที่ระยะเวลา 6 เดือนหลังรักษา ผลการศึกษา: ฟันกรามน้ำนมล่างผุจำนวน 57 ซี่ จากเด็กจำนวน 32 คน ได้รับการตรวจติดตามผลทางคลินิกและภาพรังสีที่ระยะเวลา 6 เดือน พบว่ากลุ่มที่รักษาเนื้อเยื่อในโดยอ้อมด้วยคลอร์เฮกซิดีนกลูโคเนต และแคลเซียมไฮดรอกไซด์ ให้ผลสำเร็จในการรักษาทางคลินิกและภาพรังสีเท่ากับร้อยละ 88.89 และ 86.67 ตามลำดับ โดยไม่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระหว่างกลุ่ม สรุป: ผลสำเร็จในการรักษาเนื้อเยื่อในโดยอ้อมด้วยคลอร์เฮกซิดีนกลูโคเนตให้ผลไม่แตกต่างกับแคลเซียมไฮดรอกไซด์

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความต้านทานการแตกหักและรูปแบบของการแตกหักของฟันกรามน้อยบนที่ผ่านการรักษารากฟันและมีโพรงฟันแบบเอ็มโอดีเมื่อบูรณะด้วยเรซินคอมโพสิตแบบตรงร่วมกับการใช้เดือยฟันคอมโพสิตเสริมเส้นใยแบบสำเร็จรูป และที่ร่วมกับการใช้เดือยฟันคอมโพสิตเสริมเส้นใยที่ยังไม่ได้รับการบ่มตัว ฟันกรามน้อยบนทั้งสิ้น 40 ซี่ถูกแบ่งออกเป็น 5 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มที่ 1 ฟันที่ไม่ผ่านการเตรียมโพรงฟัน การรักษารากฟัน และการบูรณะ กลุ่มที่ 2 ฟันที่ผ่านการเตรียมโพรงฟัน รักษารากฟัน แต่ไม่ได้รับการบูรณะ กลุ่มที่ 3 ฟันที่ผ่านการเตรียมโพรงฟัน รักษารากฟัน และบูรณะด้วยเรซินคอมโพสิตเพียงอย่างเดียวกลุ่มที่ 4 ฟันที่ผ่านการเตรียมโพรงฟัน รักษารากฟัน และบูรณะด้วยเรซินคอมโพสิตร่วมกับเดือยฟันคอมโพสิตเสริมเส้นใยแบบสำเร็จรูป กลุ่มที่ 5 ฟันที่ผ่านการเตรียมโพรงฟัน รักษารากฟัน และบูรณะด้วยเรซินคอมโพสิตร่วมกับเดือยฟันคอมโพสิตเสริมเส้นใยที่ยังไม่ได้รับการบ่มตัว นำกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้ง 5 กลุ่ม มาผ่านการเปลี่ยนแปลงอุณหภูมิจำนวน 20,000 รอบ จากนั้นจึงให้แรงแบบซ้ำๆ 50 นิวตัน 500,000 รอบ ความถี่ 4 Hz นำไปทดสอบความต้านทานต่อการแตกหักโดยการให้แรงกดที่ปุ่มฟันด้านลิ้นทำมุม 45 องศาต่อแนวแกนฟันจนเกิดการแตกหัก ผลการศึกษาพบว่าฟันกรามน้อยกลุ่มควบคุมผลบวกมีค่าความต้านทานต่อการแตกหักมากที่สุด (510.92 ± 106.54 N) ในขณะที่กลุ่มควบคุมผลลบมีความต้านทานต่อการแตกหักต่ำที่สุด (73.88 ± 20.52 N) เมื่อบูรณะด้วยเรซินคอมโพสิตร่วมกับเดือยฟันคอมโพสิตเสริมเส้นใยสามารถเพิ่มความต้านทานต่อการแตกหักได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับการบูรณะด้วยเรซินคอมโพสิตเพียงอย่างเดียว อย่างไรก็ตามไม่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญระหว่างเดือยฟันทั้งสองชนิด นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าชิ้นงานส่วนใหญ่มีรูปแบบการแตกหักแบบพึงประสงค์ กล่าวโดยสรุปคือ การบูรณะฟันกรามน้อยที่ผ่านการรักษารากและมีโพรงฟันแบบเอ็มโอดีด้วยเรซินคอมโพสิตร่วมกับเดือยฟันคอมโพสิตเสริมเส้นใยสามารถเพิ่มความต้านทานต่อการแตกหักได้เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับการบูรณะด้วยเรซินคอมโพสิตเพียงอย่างเดียว ชิ้นงานส่วนใหญ่มีรูปแบบการแตกหักแบบพึงประสงค์ และชนิดของเดือยฟันไม่ส่งผลต่อความต้านทานต่อการแตกหัก

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของชนิดของระบบสารยึดติดร่วมกับเรซินซีเมนต์ และชนิดของไฮบริดเซรามิกสำหรับงานแคดแคม ต่อค่าความแข็งแรงพันธะแรงเฉือนระดับจุลภาค โดยศึกษาในห้องปฏิบัติการ ยึดติดไฮบริดเซรามิก 3 ชนิด คือ เรซินนาโนเซรามิก กลาสเซรามิกที่อยู่ในโครงข่ายเมทริกซ์ของเรซิน และเซอร์โคเนียซิลิกาเซรามิกที่อยู่ในโครงข่ายเมทริกซ์ของเรซิน กับเนื้อฟันด้านใกล้แก้มที่ขัดเรียบของฟันกรามน้อยที่ถูกถอนมาแล้ว ด้วยสารยึดติด และเรซินซีเมนต์ใน 3 ระบบ คือ ระบบเอทช์แอนด์ริ้นส์ ระบบเซลฟ์เอทช์ และระบบยูนิเวอร์ซอลในรูปแบบเอทช์แอนด์ริ้นส์ ชิ้นทดสอบมีทั้งหมด 99 ชิ้น แบ่งเป็น 9 กลุ่ม หลังจากผ่านกระบวนการจำลองการใช้งานในช่องปากด้วยเครื่องควบคุมอุณหภูมิร้อนเย็นเป็นจังหวะ 10,000 รอบ นำไปทดสอบหาค่าความแข็งแรงพันธะแรงเฉือนระดับจุลภาค วิเคราะห์ผลทางสถิติโดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ร้อยละ 95 เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของค่าความแข็งแรงพันธะแรงเฉือนระดับจุลภาคระหว่างกลุ่มด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนสองทาง และทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยด้วยการเปรียบเทียบเชิงซ้อนชนิดทูคี จากการทดสอบพบว่า เมื่อยึดติดวัสดุทั้งสามชนิดด้วยสารยึดติด และเรซินซีเมนต์ที่ใช้รูปแบบเอทช์แอนด์ริ้นส์ (Optibond FL® ร่วมกับ Nexus3® และ Scotchbond Universal® ร่วมกับ RelyX™Ultimate®) ทำให้ค่าความแข็งแรงพันธะแรงเฉือนระดับจุลภาคมากกว่ากลุ่มที่ใช้สารยึดติดร่วมกับเรซินซีเมนต์ ระบบเซลฟ์เอทช์ (Optibond XTR® ร่วมกับ Nexus3®) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ภายใต้ข้อจำกัดของการศึกษานี้ทำให้สรุปได้ว่า ชนิดของสารยึดติดร่วมกับเรซินซีเมนต์ และชนิดของไฮบริดเซรามิกมีผลต่อค่าความแข็งแรงพันธะแรงดึงระดับจุลภาค ซึ่งพบว่าเมื่อเลือกใช้ชิ้นงานที่ทำจากไฮบริดเซรามิกจะแนะนำให้ใช้สารยึดติด และเรซินซีเมนต์ในรูปแบบเอทช์แอนด์ริ้นส์

To compare fracture resistance of endodontically treated maxillary premolars restored with ceramic restorations using three retentive techniques. Forty maxillary premolars were randomly selected as a control (Group 1), composite core/crown (Group 2), fiber-reinforced composite post/ composite core/crown (Group 3) and endocrown (Group 4). All restorations were thermo-cycled and subjected to vertical loading. Fracture load and fracture modes were analyzed. The results showed that Group 3 recorded a significantly highest fracture load (2304 ± 737 N). Materials and Methods: Twelve completely edentulous patients were selected for this study and divided into two groups of six. Group I received implant retained maxillary overdentures, while group II received maxillary overdentures retained by muchor zirconium mucosal inserts. Aim This prospective clinical study compared postoperative pain following single visit root canal treatment in patients with asymptomatic mandibular molar teeth with necrotic pulps using two different instrumentation techniques: multi-file rotary (ProTaper Universal), and reciprocating single-file (WaveOne) techniques.

Methodology Forty patients, who fulfilled specific inclusion criteria were randomly and equally assigned to 2 groups according to the root canal instrumentation technique used. Three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting, a method derived from additive manufacturing technology, is a recent and ongoing trend for the construction of 3D volumetric structures. The purpose of this systematic review is to summarize evidence from existing human and animal studies assessing the application of 3D printing on bone repair and regeneration in the craniofacial region.
