การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ เวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความชุกและปัจจัยต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกลุ่มอาการก่อนมีระดูและภาวะอารมณ์แปรปรวนก่อนมีระดู ในนักศึกษาฝึกงานกายภาพบำบัด ในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล โดยศึกษาในกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 256 คน จากมหาวิทยาลัยที่สุ่มเลือกมา 3 สถาบัน เก็บข้อมูลตั้งแต่เดือนสิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2565 ถึงเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2565 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามทั้งหมด 7 ชุด ซึ่งจะวินิจฉัยกลุ่มอาการก่อนมีระดูและภาวะอารมณ์แปรปรวนด้วย แบบสอบถาม Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Tool (PSST) ฉบับภาษาไทย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความชุกของการเกิดกลุ่มอาการก่อนมีระดู ร้อยละ 31.3 และความชุกของการเกิดภาวะอารมณ์แปรปรวนก่อนมีระดูร้อยละ 6.6 โดยจากการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติเพื่อหาปัจจัยทำนาย พบว่ามี 6 ปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายกลุ่มอาการก่อนมีระดูอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การมีประวัติโรคประจำตัว (p = 0.006) อาการบวมน้ำในช่วงก่อนมีรอบเดือน (p = 0.036) อาการท้องเสียในช่วงมีรอบเดือน (p = 0.022) อาการเวียนศีรษะในช่วงมีรอบเดือน (p = 0.012) ความเครียดระดับสูงถึงรุนแรง (p = 0.035) และภาวะซึมเศร้า (p <0.001) จากผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงความชุกและปัจจัยต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกลุ่มอาการก่อนมีระดูและภาวะอารมณ์แปรปรวนก่อนมีระดูในนักศึกษาฝึกงานกายภาพบำบัด ดังนั้นจึงควรตระหนักและให้ความสำคัญมากขึ้นกับอาการทางกาย อารมณ์และพฤติกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นในช่วงก่อนมีรอบเดือน ในนักศึกษากายภาพบำบัดเพศหญิง

สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ได้ส่งผลให้บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) มีการปรับโครงสร้างองค์กรกระทบต่อพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน ภาวะหมดไฟเป็นกลุ่มอาการทางสุขภาพจิตที่ใช้ในบริบทของงานเท่านั้น การวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะหมดไฟในกลุ่มพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ภายหลังสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินจำนวน 358 ราย ในช่วงเดือนมิถุนายน - พฤศจิกายน 2565 เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามชนิดตอบด้วยตนเอง ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามเหตุการณ์ที่ก่อให้เกิดความเครียด 3) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับผลกระทบการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 4) แบบประเมินภาวะหมดไฟ (MBI-GS ฉบับภาษาไทย พัฒนาโดย ชัยยุทธ กลีบบัว ) การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้สถิติแบบพรรณาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความชุกของภาวะหมดไฟระดับปานกลางถึงสูง ในด้านความอ่อนล้าทางอารมณ์ การเมินเฉยต่องาน และความสามารถในงาน มีค่าร้อยละ 46.6, 63.7 และ 56.4 ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยทำนายภาวะหมดไฟด้านความอ่อนล้าทางอารมณ์ ได้แก่ การมีอายุน้อย (p = 0.015) การเพิ่มขึ้นของหนี้สิน (p = 0.01) ความไม่พึงพอใจในตารางบิน (p = 0.012) การมีคุณสมบัติในการปฏิบัติการบินบนเครื่องบินน้อยแบบ (p = 0.007) ความรู้สึกมั่นคงในงานลดลง (p < 0.001) การมีปัญหานอนไม่หลับ (p = 0.041) การมีคะแนนความเครียดสูง (p < 0.001) และการมีสุขภาพจิตที่แย่ลง (p = 0.011) ปัจจัยทำนายด้านการเมินเฉยต่องาน ได้แก่ ตำแหน่งงานที่ไม่ได้เป็นหัวหน้างาน (p < 0.001) ความไม่พึงพอใจในตารางบิน (p = 0.001) ความรู้สึกมั่นคงในงานลดลง (p < 0.001) การมีคะแนนความเครียดสูง (p < 0.001) และการมีสุขภาพจิตที่แย่ลง (p = 0.015) ในขณะที่ปัจจัยทำนายด้านความสามารถในงานมีเพียง ตำแหน่งงานที่ไม่ได้เป็นหัวหน้างาน (p < 0.001) จึงสรุปได้ว่า ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะหมดไฟในพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน สามารถออกเป็น 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ และ ปัญหาหนี้สิน ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน ได้แก่ ตารางปฏิบัติการบิน ความรู้สึกมั่นคงในงาน รวมทั้งแบบของเครื่องบินที่มีคุณสมบัติ และ ปัจจัยด้านสุขภาพจิต ได้แก่ ความเครียด ภาวะทางสุขภาพจิต และคุณภาพการนอนหลับ

การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา ณ ช่วงเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง โดยดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งเป็นพนักงานระดับปฎิบัติการ บริษัทการบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด(มหาชน) จำนวน 365 คนโดยผู้เข้าร่วมการศึกษาตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งหมดด้วยตนเอง ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อมูลด้านการทำงาน 2) แบบสอบถามความสุขในการทำงาน 3) แบบสอบถามความผูกพันองค์กรวิเคราะห์ความสุขโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณาและตรวจสอบปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสุขในการทำงานและความผูกพันกับองค์กรด้วย Chi-square test, Binary Logistic Regression และ Pearson’s correlation coefficient ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างพนักงานระดับปฎิบัติการบริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด(มหาชน) ร้อยละ 85.8 มีความสุขใจในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีเพียงร้อยละ 2.5 ที่มีความสุขใจในการทำงานอยู่ในเกณฑ์ต่ำ และมีความผูกพันต่อองค์กรอยู่ในระดับมากร้อยละ 48.5 และรองลงมาร้อยละ 45.8 มีความผูกพันต่อองค์กรอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สำหรับกลุ่มที่มีความผูกพันต่อองค์กรอยู่ในระดับน้อยถึงน้อยที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 1.9 และกลุ่มผู้ที่มีความผูกพันต่อองค์กรอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ปรากฏร้อยละ 3.8 พนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการบริษัทการบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) ที่มีความสุขใจในการทำงานอยู่ในเกณฑ์ปานกลาง จำนวน 322 คน พบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยความผูกพันต่อองค์กรมีสหสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับความสุขใจในการทำงานทั้งหมด 7 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ (P<0.001) ด้านลักษณะของงานที่ปฏิบัติ (P<0.001) ด้านเงินเดือนและผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูล (P<0.001) ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชา (P<0.001) ด้านนโยบายและการบริหาร (P=0.011) ด้านสภาพการทำงาน (P=0.027) และด้านความสุขใจในการทำงานโดยรวม (P<0.001)และพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการบริษัทการบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) ที่มีความสุขใจในการทำงานอยู่ในเกณฑ์สูง จำนวน 43 คนนั้น พบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยความผูกพันต่อองค์กรมีสหสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับความสุขใจในการทำงานทั้งหมด 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านลักษณะของงานที่ปฏิบัติ (P=0.003) ด้านความรับผิดชอบ (P=0.029) และด้านความสุขใจในการทำงานโดยรวม (P=0.001)

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อพัฒนาแบบสำรวจความปลอดภัยจากความรุนแรงในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกจิตเวชในโรงพยาบาล วิธีการศึกษา : การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods research) ระยะที่ 1) เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative research) ร่วมกับการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อพัฒนาแบบสำรวจความปลอดภัยจากความรุนแรงในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกจิตเวชในโรงพยาบาลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกโดยใช้แนวคำถามปลายเปิด กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบุคลากรทีมสุขภาพและผู้เกี่ยวข้องในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวช จำนวน 12 คน จากนั้นนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ และสังเคราะห์ร่วมกับการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อพัฒนาแบบสำรวจความปลอดภัยจากความรุนแรงในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกจิตเวช ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยการทดสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คนและระยะที่ 2)เป็นการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative research) นำไปทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 50 คน เพื่อวิเคราะห์คุณภาพของเครื่องมือด้วย ผลการศึกษา : แบบสำรวจความปลอดภัยจากความรุนแรงในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกจิตเวชในโรงพยาบาลเป็นข้อคำถามจำนวน 40 ข้อ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า(Rating Scale) 4 ระดับคือ มีแล้ว มีบางส่วน ยังไม่มีแต่มีแผนแล้ว และไม่มี คุณภาพเครื่องมือของแบบประเมินอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีเยี่ยม โดยมีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาทั้งฉบับ(Content Validity of Scale) เท่ากับ0.98 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น(Reliability) ทั้งฉบับอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี ค่าCronbach’s Alpha เท่ากับ 0.88 มีค่าCorrected Item – rest Correlation สูงกว่า.02 ทุกข้อ และมีค่าอำนาจจำแนก (Discrimination) อยู่ในระดับสูง สามารถจำแนกระดับระหว่างกลุ่มสูงและกลุ่มต่ำได้ สรุป : รายการสำรวจฯ สามารถเครื่องมือที่ช่วยประเมินความปลอดภัยให้กับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ก่อน และขณะปฏิบัติงาน และสามารถช่วยป้องกันอันตรายจากความรุนแรงจากผู้ป่วยทั้งทางกายและจิตใจ

The circadian clock is a fundamental biological mechanism that orchestrates essential cellular and physiological processes to optimize fitness and health. The basic functional unit is the cell-autonomous oscillator, consisting of intersecting negative feedback loops. A large healthcare organization’s 26-bed, medical-surgical, telemetry, COVID-19 overflow unit was significantly impacted. Many healthcare organizations have adopted advocacy for attaining joy in work as an extra dimension of the Institute for Health Improvement’s Triple Aim. Adding this fourth aim supports averting caregiver burnout (CBO) while promoting joy in work.

Ermias “Nipsey Hussle” Asghedom’s murder represented a cultural cataclysmic event that startled the Hip Hop community and triggered previous memories of Black men’s homicidal deaths in the world. Nipsey Hussle’s death inspired touching rap tribute songs by Black male rappers, who sought to commemorate his cultural legacy and express their bereavement as homicide survivors. Hip Hop is recognized as an agent for youth development in both educational and well-being spaces, yet literature exploring the intersection of the two areas is comparatively underdeveloped. This article presents a critical interpretive synthesis of twenty-two articles investigating school-based well-being interventions which used Hip Hop. The critical stance taken aimed to identify or expose assumptions underpinning this area of scholarship and practice. Previous research points to an increase in undergraduate music education major stress. A stress questionnaire was sent to three Midwest collegiate institutions: one was a mid-sized liberal arts school, another was a conservatory, and the last was a large state institution. Findings confirm concerning elevated levels of stress among undergraduate music education majors. The levels of stress appear to be a universal issue in this particular degree program, implying there is a need for change to better student wellness.

New York, Minnesota and Alabama are introducing innovative ways to improve the birthing experiences of women who are incarcerated. The present capstone project and experience aimed to develop and implement a 12-week program of social skills peer groups for school-aged children with autism at an outpatient pediatric therapy clinic. The program consisted of weekly peer group sessions targeting a range of social skill topics, such as emotional regulation, conversation skills, and collaborative play. The purpose of the Capstone experience was to develop and implement a five-week peer-led building resilience and social-emotional skills training program at a public high school. This program addressed high school students' knowledge, skills, and attitudes regarding resources, social-emotional skills, and resilience. A questionnaire was administered pre and post-program to measure effectiveness. The results indicated an increase in scores, demonstrating a clearer understanding in all three areas.
