Indonesia as a maritime country has many coastal community groups. But unfortunately, the various efforts to develop the blue economy have not been able to improve the welfare of these community groups. Most of them choose to depend on the fisheries and tourism sectors, even though Indonesia's marine potential is vast and there is much that can still be developed. Coastal communities are not aware of the climate crisis that is getting worse and can threaten the security of the environment where they live.
