Holographic copy, 4 May 1822, of aggregate statement of federal taxes paid within the 6th District of Kentucky, which evidently included Logan County, accompanied by a certificate affirming Stephen Pleasonton as acting Commissioner of Revenue and signed by John Quincy Adams, U.S. Secretary of State, 21 October 1822.
