I have studied abroad in Belize and teamed up with the ladies of POWA (Productive Organization for Women in Action) to help them produce a cookbook. During this project I researched statistics about Belize to explain the developmental and sustainability problems of the country, gave thorough information about POWA's role in Belize, and recommended a realistic plan for getting the cookbook printed, shipped, and available for sale.
