The paper investigated the awareness and relevance of infoprenuership among Library and information students, at Prince Abubakar Audu University. The population of the study consists of 160 LIS students in the year three. Total enumeration was used for the study in which 84 students returned in the questionnaire which represented 52%. The finding revealed that book vending is the well-known types of infoprenuership to the students. The students go into infoprenuership to make extra income and they have necessary ICT skills that can make to performance very well in infoprenuership. This paper presents the findings of an asset assessment performed with women in a village southwest of Nigeria, Imasayi Ogun state. This paper not only describes the process and results of a qualitative study, but also presents the implementation plan for an NGO that will work with the women of Imasayi to implement community-wide development projects. The research upon which this paper is based used the framework of seven capital domains, which are then used in turn to structure findings, recommendations and NGO planning and analysis. The 2008–2009 global financial crisis of financial systems negatively affected about 30% of Nigerian banks, leading to profitability issues. The profitability issues led to operational challenges, downsizing, and liquidation of some banks. The purpose of this correlational study was to examine the relationship between corporate governance structure, perception of leadership style, and bank performance. This study was grounded in agency theory and used survey and archival data. Survey data were collected from 11 participants employed by commercial banks located in Nigeria, using the Multifaceted Leadership Questionnaire. Contextualising Workplace Stress: The Experience Of Bank Employees In Nigeria, A. Oke, Patrick Dawson

This article draws attention to the contextual dimensions to workplace stress and advocates the need for more sociological research. In a study of ten banking organizations in Nigeria, quantitative data are captured using a survey instrument and qualitative data are collected through a series of semi-structured interviews. This dual methods approach is used to investigate workplace stress and a key finding is that employee experience of stress reflects both individual characteristics as well as more collective qualities that are shaped by contextual factors. This paper reviews the structures of exports and compares the export promotion strategies adopted by some selected countries in Asia-Pacific region and Nigeria. The aim is to find effective solutions to the diversification and expansion of manufactured exports in Nigeria. The five selected countries comprise of three of the four newly industrializing Asian countries (NICs), namely, Taiwan, Singapore, and Hong Kong while the remaining two are members of the six.
