Individuals of the same age vary widely in every trait that has been measured or estimated. They differ in height, weight, character, taste, intellect, strength or in other words, in all things

Every human being is endowed with the same reflexes, instincts and capacities, each individual has powers of perception, discrimination attentiveness, retentiveness, reasoning etc., and as a result each has the same general qualitative make-up.

But as was said above individuals vary in every trait, "these differences are quantitative rather than qualitative".
