The personality types and learning styles of students have been studied across education populations, yet the research analyzing aviation students is lacking. A replication study assessed the distribution of personality types and learning styles of students enrolled in the aeronautical science baccalaureate degree program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU). The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Form M and the Kolb Learning Style Inventory (KLSI) were used to analyze the personality types and learning styles, respectively. Cirtl-Tar: Flipped Classroom In Event Management Courses, Nur Hidayah Che Ahmat, Eric D. Olson

This study investigated the effectiveness of flipping a 400-level event management classroom and using the team-based learning approach. Student experience and beliefs about working in groups/teams were measured using pre- and post-surveys. Focus group discussions were used to investigate factors motivating students to do their pre-class preparation. Findings revealed that the mean scores for student experience were slightly higher in the pre-survey compared to the post-survey. Additionally, participants believed that they had experienced a teaching technique called team-based learning in other courses. This is a UNESCO peace education guide designed to introduce diverse approaches to experiential learning in Myanmar. Translated into Burmese and tested through several training-of-trainers workshops completed in Myanmar's western coastal region, the guide seeks to support educators working in diverse conflict-affected communities across the country to build greater inter-ethnic and inter-religious coexistence.
