The development of scientific research in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is unbalanced and inadequate, and its contribution to technological innovation is insufficient to meet the huge demand for industrial innovation in the Greater Bay Area. This paper tries to clarify the coordination relationship between scientific research and industrial innovation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area since 1997 by constructing the scientific research-industrial innovation coordination data sets, correlation index and relative development index for ten industries in the area. Despite numerous studies and initiatives, most current Air Force efforts to add science and technology talent have been insufficient. This begs the question: How does the Air Force incentivize and promote the necessary technical competence required to win future competition, conflicts, and wars? China has been promoting the combination of science, technology and finance for more than 40 years. A sci-tech finance system covering different links of enterprise technological innovations has been built. However, considering the new situation in the new era of highquality development in China, sci-tech finance is facing major challenges and growing problems, and urgently needs to be further upgraded and developed. This study puts forward four suggestions.
