Interlibrary Loan departments are no stranger to collaboration between campuses. Therefore, when the consolidation of the two institutions of Kennesaw State University and Southern Polytechnic State University was announced, their respective interlibrary loan departments rose to the challenge with - if not enthusiasm - optimism and the willingness to try new ideas and strategies to merge the two units. This presentation will cover the alternatives considered, strategies chosen, and the implementation process undertaken to create a unified interlibrary loan department across two campuses and four libraries using Atlas' ILLiad software.
