This work is set to ascertain Knowledge Culture and Librarians’ Productivity in University Libraries in South-South, Nigeria. A descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. The study population was 132 Librarians working in the Federal, State and Privately-owned University libraries in South-South Nigeria. The entire population was used for the study as it was manageable. A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect data on knowledge culture and Librarians productivity. The study was conducted using a multi-stage sampling technique involving simple random sampling, a probability sampling method, purposive sampling, and snowball sampling, which are non-probability methods. Two regions, namely, the Greater Accra and Eastern were purposively selected for the study. In the Greater Accra Region, Ada East District was selected while in the Eastern Region Asuogyaman District. The purpose of this study was to conduct a bibliometric analysis of the Resource Description and Access (RDA) research in library and information science journals in Web of Science. Two hundred and fifty-eight journal articles related to RDA were extracted from Web of Science for analysis for the period between 2006 and 2020. A descriptive analysis of the most productive authors, institutions, countries, and journals and the most cited authors was conducted. Using a combination of bibliometrics and social network analysis methods, co-authorship network of iMetrics was studied in the time spam of 1978-2014 and top researches in the field were identified. Then, the relationship between these researchers’ productivity, performance, and centrality indicators was investigated. Out of 5944 studied records, researchers such as Leydesdorff L, Glanzel W and Rousseau R gained the higher centrality measures. This study investigated the correlational effects of motivation, emotional intelligence and human capital development on the job satisfaction of librarians in Nigerian public universities.
