This study is a survey aimed at ascertaining the functions of the library as an agent of transformation of correctional centre inmates using the Abakaliki, Ebonyi State Correctional Centre as a case in point. The purpose of the present study is to explore the possibility of integrating various online tools and apps with the library website and to identify the issues and benefits of implementing these tools.
