A website can serve as a means of fulfilling information needs on the internet. The need for websites as a source of information increased during the Covid-19 pandemic along with many people doing their activities at home. The Memorial Advisor sees this situation as an opportunity. They created a website to convey information about Muslim funeral products to the public.
