The present study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of Digital Scholarship. The introduction of Digital Scholarship in Libraries has become indispensable. The study is established upon Digital Scholarship in University Libraries in consideration to Content Analysis of Academic Library Website. The research work further more examines the different entities to analyze and interpret the parameters for applicability of Digital Scholarship in University Libraries. Limiting to the Central University Libraries in Delhi according University Grants Commission the study proposes a model of Digital Scholarship which could be adopted by the Institutions of National importance.
