This study examined the research productivity on Knowledge Management from Pakistan during the years 2000-2020. The study tends to determine the year-wise publications, authorship pattern, total count of citations, citations per year, most cited publications and the most prolific authors. The data for the study was extracted from Google Scholar by using bibliometric tool “Public & Perish”. We have accessed the required data from 2008 to 2017 from this database and evaluated the research productivity of SAARC countries and citations in the field of social science subject. This article studied SAARC countries publications, citations, citations per document, self-citations and degree of self – citations. The faculty member’s details were collected from 8 State Universities such as Alagappa University, Annamalai University, Bharathiar University, Bharathidasan University, Madurai Kamaraj University, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Periyar University and University of Madras. Research Productivity Of Guru Jambeshwar University Of Science & Technology, Hisar During 2010-2019, Seema Parmar, Rajinder Kumar

The study presents the research productivity of academic community of GJUS&T, Hisar during a decade 2010-19. The study shows that a total of 1916 papers were produced by university during the period, which received 18056 citations with ACPP of 9.42, maximum publications appeared in articles (79.65%) and highly productive year was 2019 with 14.67% publications. The most preferred source for publications was ‘AIP conference proceeding’ with 24.12% of papers, top collaborating country was South Korea with 49 papers (33.56%). Nearly half of the publication (47.65%) received up to 10 citations.

The quantitative research method was adopted with a self developed questionnaire as the instrument for data collection.
