The Study was designed to find out the Influence of Koha Software on circulation and serial operations for effective service delivery in university libraries in North Central Nigeria. The study was guided by two specific objectives, two research questions and two hypotheses. Descriptive Survey research design was adopted for the study. The Study area is North Central Nigeria. The population comprises of 650 library staff in 12 public university libraries in North central Nigeria.
