The study reported the influence of organizational change on health records management practices in local government areas, with a view to contributing to finding solutions to problems associated with organizational change in relation to health records management practices in local government areas of Osun State.
Survey research design was adopted for the study. The study population was three hundred and six (306) medical and health officers in the 30 local government areas of Osun State.
