Students with visual impairments turned out to be heavy internet user. They had the ability to use digital media such as smartphone and computer. They used it with the help of a screen reader on the device. Abstract

The present study is conducted in two universities of different nature viz. CCS Haryana Agricultural University and Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and animal Sciences. The main aim of the study is to assess the awareness and use of subscription based, consortia based, open access and other kind of e-resources and databases available and accessible to mark their utility.
