The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of e-learning on the quality of learning of the Library Science students amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was conducted in Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara Medan (UINSU), Indonesia. Data was obtained from 83 respondents, that were selected from a total population of 497 students using questionnaires, and, was analyzed using descriptive statistical and simple linear regression techniques. This study aims to explore the publication trends in Webology Journal. The Scopus database was chosen for the extraction of bibliographic data for the period 2006 to 2020. Then, VOSviewer software was used to analyse the data and generate visualization network maps. A total of 295 publications were found during the study period. The various bibliometrics indicators have been applied to identify the publication trends of Webology Journal. This study utilized a qualitative research approach using specifically phenomenological case study research design in a sample of 28 university lecturers in Gauteng, Free State, and Eastern Cape Provinces of South Africa. Qualitative data were collected using a validated interview schedule. Data collected were analysed using thematic analysis. Interestingly, authentic leadership has been proved to have effective practical implications to ensure organizational sustainability. Drawing from authentic leadership theory, this research aims at exploring the direct and indirect effect of authentic leadership on knowledge-management: explicit and tacit knowledge sharing behavior about public libraries in higher educational institutions (HEIs).
