Adolescent drug use in the community is a widespread social problem. The excessive use of tabacco, alcohol, and other drugs by our nations youth has not treated a dilemma with no clear-cut reasons or cures for adolescent substance abuse. Alcohol and other drug abuse has the most serious impact on developing children and youth.
