The purpose of this phenomenological study was to understand the lived experience of intercultural couples’ devotion to their cultures and how it influenced the success or dissolution of their marriages. The theories guiding this study included cultural attachment and intersubjectivity. The cultural attachment theory helps couples explore their childhood experiences because not all attachment is solid and dependable. Intersubjectivity theory suggests that every person is influenced by their friends, family members, and surrounding culture. In many communities the mother-daughter relationship is not only vital in the younger years but also in the teen and young adult years. The purpose of this phenomenological study is to understand the attitudes and perceptions of Hispanics living in Tampa Bay, Florida regarding foster parent roles. The theory guiding this study is the researcher’s axiological philosophical assumption. The philosophical assumption is applied within the social constructivist interpretive framework. The researcher seeks to understand the study participants' world and develop meaning to their lived experiences, as discussed during the interviews. The purpose of this phenomenological study was to describe and interpret the sharenting of moms who post to Facebook. Sharenting is a term to describe the practice of parents sharing about their children on social media. The theory that guided this study was Erving Goffman’s presentation of self. More specifically, the phenomenon was analyzed to understand how moms use their appearance, setting, and mannerisms to construct motherhood with their performance team on social media. The purpose of this phenomenological study was to research the Early Intervention Systems (EIS) and prediction of risk management issues in law enforcement. The following questions guided the study:

  1. How do law enforcement personnel describe their experience with EIS programs as an intervention for officers with behavioral or conduct issues?
  2. How do EIS programs affect law enforcement agencies as a whole?
  3. What indicators could law enforcement supervisors look for in officers to circumvent misconduct (on or off duty)?
  4. What interventions have been observed personally or with other officers regarding discipline, counseling, additional training, etc.?
