Evaluation information for private learning centers in the United States is limited. Detailed evaluation data regarding instructional services provided; learning center relationships with students, parents, and schools; and administrative policies is almost non-existent. School administrators need a reliable, cost-effective means of assessing private learning centers that their students might attend for supplemental instruction.
