The Lincoln Urban Development Department contracted the Center for Applied Urban Research to conduct a citywide inventory of housing and neighborhood conditions to obtain information needed for guiding and targeting the use of Community Development Block Grant funds. Specifically, the inventory provides information that is needed for neighborhood planning, housing rehabilitation programs, redevelopment activities, and monitoring conditions throughout the city.
