The Center for Applied Urban Research found 1982-1983 to be a busy year. Past users of CUAR services continued to seek assistance in the areas of applied research, service/technical assistance, and training. CUAR's clientele was expanded to include a number of new communities, state and local government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Communities such as Scottsbluff, Grand Island, and Hooper, Nebraska were provided technical assistance. CUAR conducted two major studies for the City of Omaha.
