This study investigated continuing professional Development as a medium in the empowerment of library and information science Educators for effective knowledge delivery and sustainable Education in south East Nigeria. Five research questions guided the study. The study adopted descriptive survey design. Ensuring that mental health professionals are appropriately trained to provide affirming and sensitive care to transgender and gender diverse (TGD) adults is one mechanism that may reduce the marginalization sometimes experienced by TGD adults in mental health contexts. In this study, mental health professionals (n = 142) completed an online survey documenting the sources and types of training received to provide TGD-sensitive care; and, shared a self-assessment of their comfort, competence, and ability to provide TGD-sensitive care. This outreach project was made to address the issue of too many children drowning at pools due to a lack of water safety education. The dissemination of pool safety education is imperative to reduce accidental injuries and drownings. The goal of the Safety Splash video and supplemental materials is to provide pool safety education for children and adults. Mobile libraries synthesize various cultural, cultural, and structural problems to bring information sources closer to the community. In understanding the actual situation and the role of the mobile library in supporting SDG 4, this research was conducted. This research utilized a survey study to the visitors who were interested in visiting the mobile library. Totally, 146 participants were invited to participate in the study. The results of a semi-structured interview supported the quantitative data.
