The South End Neighborhood Strategic Plan is a guide and expression of the neighborhood's vision. The plan is a guide for managing change within the neighborhood for the next 20 years. The plan establishes a blueprint for change with in the neighborhood. It accomplishes this by setting goals and objectives to be met in future years. Some of the objectives are broad and others are very specific. A responsible party is assigned to each objective along with a projected cost and a target date for completion.
