More than a year after implementing the EBSCO Discovery Service, we have used website statistics, usability tests, and interlibrary loan data to assess how the service is being used. In this session we discussed what we learned and the implications for our library and our patrons. Poster presented at Pennsylvania Library Association (PaLA) Annual Conference on October 1, 2012.
