During this time Michael DeCiantis was serving as the West Warwick Town Solicitor. Scrapbook 15 continues to cover the Rhode Island elections for the Governor, Lt. Governor, and Senate positions. Clippings cover the West Warwick town budget, a proposed new school building (mentioned in Scrapbook 13), and the groundbreaking ceremony of that building.
