Be yourself. What does that mean? The “self” is a complex phenomenon constructed and deconstructed in various ways to accommodate or complement the social environment one is in. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines Self as, “a particular part of your personality or character that is shown in a particular situation” (Merriam-Webster).
