This study aimed to measure the role of the educational counselor in raising the awareness of the family in the field of child protection in the schools of Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. For this purpose, a three-axis questionnaire was designed. The first axis dealt with the social role of the educational counselor, the second with his/her academic role, while the third dealt with his/her psychological awareness role. This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a counseling program based on mental alertness in improving the psychological flow of educational counselors in Jordan. The quasi-experimental approach was adopted to implement this study, and an available sample was chosen that included (40) psychological supervisors, and they were randomly assigned to the experimental group by (20) individuals, and the control group (20) individuals.
