This study examined awareness and utilization of electronic information resources by undergraduate students in Osun State University. Descriptive survey design was adopted for the study while the population of the study consist the undergraduate students in Osun State University, from which 374 were selected using multi-stage sampling technique. A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect data from 374 respondents, out of which 354 copies were completely filled and returned. Data collected were analyzed using frequency counts, percentage and PPMC.
