The study aimed to investigate the relationship between the practices of strategic planning and their relationship to crisis management strategies during the Corona pandemic in Palestinian governmental organizations from the point of view of employees who occupy senior planning positions in the Palestinian ministries and organizations in the government sector. To achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, the descriptive analytical approach was used through the development of a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 73 employees.
