The librarian-author discusses her personal library consisting mainly of cookbooks in three bookcases which reflects her love for cooking. She states that her favorite is the classic "The Joy of Cooking" which has the best recipe she has made for chocolate chip drop cookies and that she has all the Paula Deen cookbooks and "The Columbia Restaurant Spanish Cookbook" by Adela Hernandez Gonzmart. The author notes that each of her cookbooks evokes memories for her, like a particular item's time and place of purchase.
